Celebrate Nutri-Fest on Friday, April 29, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Bone Student Center Circus Room. There will be cooking demonstrations, food samples and health resources, all in an effort to celebrate healthy eating.
Chef Phil Cade of Campus Dining Services will provide the cooking demonstrations, and exhibitors will include Campus Dining Services, the Kinesiology and Recreation Physiological Assessment Lab, The Community Cancer Center, OSF Center for Healthy Lifestyles, Family and Consumer Sciences dietetic interns, American Cancer Society, Student Counseling Services and the McLean County Health Department among many others.
