Illinois State University has once again been included in the Military Friendly Schools listing published by Victory Media. The 2015 Military Friendly Schools list honors the top 15 percent of colleges, universities and trade schools in the country that are supporting the educational pursuits of veterans.

Illinois State provides student veterans with a variety of academic, advisement and financial support services. The Veterans and Military Services office serves as the first point of contact for student veterans. The office assists with Veterans Administration (VA) education benefits, helps student veterans transition into life on campus and provides referrals to other veterans services within the community.
