Silouan Green, a veteran and post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) survivor and specialist will be featured in a Veterans TALK session at 6 p.m. Wednesday, March 18, in the Prairie Room of the Bone Student Center.
Green will share his story of serving in the military and enduring a series of events that led to depression, suicidal impulses and long-term pain which he was later able to overcome. In addition to sharing his story, Green will offer strategies in working through PTSD, identifying warning signs, recommending resources and suggest opportunities to rebuild one’s life.
