Famed university librarian Ange Milner will be the topic of a talk by Milner Library’s Angela Bonnell.
Bonnell, who is head of Government Documents at Milner Library, will present “Ange V. Milner: A 125-Year Legacy of Student Service” at the University Club (U-Club) meeting on Friday, August 28, in the Faculty/Staff Commons of Bone Student Center. The talk will begin at 4:30 p.m. It is open to all faculty, staff, annuitants, and guests from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. Club membership is not required for attendance.
Bonnell will share highlights from Ange Milner’s career, her dedication to student service, and how her enduring legacy has prompted a recent partnership with the Government Publishing Office (GPO). This year marks the 125th anniversary of Milner’s employment at Illinois State Normal University (ISNU).
