Illinois State students have a date with a delicious meal on Valentine’s Day, thanks to Campus Dining Services.
Campus Dining will host its “I Heart ISU” dinner from 4:30–8 p.m. Sunday, February 14, at Watterson Dining Commons and The Marketplace at Linkins.
The special menu includes: New York strip steak, broiled bayside shrimp with a remoulade sauce, twice-baked potatoes, spinach and squash lasagna, asparagus, glazed baby carrots and dinner rolls.
Dessert at Marketplace at Linkins features an ice cream sundae bar with a variety of toppings. At Watterson Dining Commons students will be able to enjoy a flourless chocolate cake (gluten free) and raspberry mousse-filled chocolate cake.
“The staff involved with planning and serving this menu are excited to again have the opportunity to showcase their culinary talents and present their top notch creations to our guests,” said Matthew Horton, executive chef at Campus Dining. “This event is a great example of the incredibly talented team at Campus Dining Services hard at work for our guests.”
