The light to the main entrance of McCormick Hall has not worked for some time. The glass lenses were broken out and several fixture pieces were bent or missing. Enter Illinois State Facilities to the rescue!
Our welding shop repaired the metal fixture, fabricating one matching piece that was missing. Our paint shop repainted the fixture, and the electrical shop replaced the light socket and all the glass lenses, rewired the fixture, reinstalled it, and replaced circuitry in the building.
The working light now illuminates the Quad side of McCormick Hall.
