The Illinois State University Annuitants Association (ISUAA) elected a slate of officers at its annual dinner meeting on June 8.
Charles Harris was elected president; Maureen Peel, secretary; and Roger Cann and Christ Schwelle, directors. Association officers continuing in their positions are Gail Lamb, vice president; Neil Gridley, treasurer; and Jan Cook and Marie Dawson, directors. Outgoing president Chuck McGuire was presented with the group’s distinguished service award.
ISUAA, the local chapter of the State University Annuitants Association (SUAA), provides an opportunity for Illinois State retirees, and current employees, to maintain their connection with the University and each other. The next scheduled event is a breakfast on September 7, featuring President Larry Dietz as the speaker.
