Erik Rankin has been named a recipient of the Staff Citizenship Award. He was selected to receive this award in recognition of his commitment to public service and to providing civic and political engagement opportunities to students.
The Staff Citizenship Award is one of a series of awards introduced in 2017 by the American Democracy Project (ADP) at ISU. ADP is a campus-wide initiative that promotes civic engagement as a life-long responsibility among ISU students.
Rankin, the undergraduate advisor/assistant to the chair of the Department of Politics and Government, will be recognized along other award recipients at an event that ADP is hosting on Tuesday, May 2nd, from 2:30 until 4:30 pm in the Circus Room at the Bone Student Center. The program begins at 3 pm.
