Isabel Green joins the Illinois State University Department of Chemistry as an assistant professor. She received her Ph.D. in 2012 from the University of Virginia. She has a B.S. in Chemistry as well as a B.A. in Economics from Beijing University.
Professor Green has presented her research at conferences around the world and has been invited to speak in both China and the United States. She has been published in Science, Journal of the American Chemical Society, Accounts of Chemical Research, and The Journal of Physical Chemistry. Before joining ISU, she was a process engineer at Intel and has received the Intel Logic Technology Development Departmental Divisional Award in 2014 and 2015.
Professor Green enjoys hiking and biking in her free time.
