The National Board Resource Center (NBRC) at Illinois State University and the Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE) have announced that the Fall 2018–2019 window for the Illinois National Board (NB) First Time Candidate Fee Subsidy opens Wednesday, September 5, 2018, at 10 a.m. and will close Sunday, October 7, 2018, at midnight.
