The Master Plan 2010-2030: Looking to the Future presents a long-range blueprint for the physical development of Illinois State University—its future size, form, function, character, image, and environment.
President Larry Dietz has charged the Master Plan Update Steering Team with producing an update to the Master Plan that considers the realities of operating as a public university in the State of Illinois during lean financial times.
The Master Plan Update Steering Team invites the University community to provide input on the future physical development of Illinois State University through open forums and an online survey.
The Master Plan forums are offered at 11 a.m. Monday, October 1, and at 2 p.m. Tuesday, October 2, in the Old Main Room of the Bone Student Center on campus. The hour-long open forums will be used to gather information to help the Steering Team with its charge and update the current plan.
For those who cannot attend the open forums but still wish to give feedback, an online survey will be open from September 24–October 19. The survey is available on the Master Plan website.
