The National Board Resource Center (NBRC) at Illinois State University and the Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE) have announced that the Fall 2019–2020 window for the Illinois National Board (NB) First Time Candidate Fee Subsidy will open Thursday, September 5, 2019, at 10 a.m. and will close Sunday, October 6, 2019, at midnight.
