The Illinois State University Symphony Orchestra will present music by Barber, Gounod, and Dvořák at 5 p.m. on Sunday, September 29, in the Illinois State University Center for the Performing Arts Concert Hall.

The concert will feature Maestro James Liu, a guest conductor from Wuhan, China. The orchestra will perform Samuel Barber’s Second Essay for Orchestra, Gounod’s Ballet Music from Faust, and Dvořák’s Symphony No. 8, Op. 88 in G Major.
