Dave Peters will present a talk titled, “The Ruby-Throated Hummingbird—Up Close and Personal” at 4:30 p.m. on Friday, October 25, at the University Club in the Founders Suite of the Bone Student Center.
Many people are familiar with the ruby-throated hummingbird, a very widely distributed hummingbird that is common in the Midwest and in the eastern United States. Peters will explore the physical traits of this amazing bird as well as research on various aspects of the hummingbird’s life history.
All faculty, staff, annuitants, and ISU community members are welcome to attend the University Club from 3:30-5:30 p.m. on Fridays in the Founders Suite of the Bone Student Center.
