Do you find yourself ending the semester with an unpaid parking citation? Pay down your parking fine with a donation to the School Street Food Pantry!
The Office of Parking and Transportation is holding a Stock the Pantry event December 2–13. All donations collected benefit students from Illinois State University and neighboring colleges visiting the School Street Food Pantry.
When: Donations will be collected between December 2–13 during business hours, 7:30 a.m.– 5 p.m.
Where: Bring your food pantry donations to the Office of Parking and Transportation, 709 North Main St.
Fee Reductions: Eligible donations will be processed immediately for a parking citation fee reduction.
One citation reduction can be redeemed for up to $10 off a parking citation for any of the following high-need donations received during the event.
- Two medium jars of peanut butter
- Two hygiene products (deodorant, body wash, and tampons or maxi pads)
- One bulk paper product (six or more mega-rolls of toilet paper or paper towels)
Eligible citations must have been issued within the last 30 days and must not have been transferred for collection. ADA, altered/manufactured permit, possession of lost/stolen/revoked permit, theft of service/illegal exit violations, tow, and vehicle relocation fees are not eligible for reduction. Refunds or credits will not be issued.
