The National Board for Professional Teaching Standards has announced that 115 educators in the state of Illinois have successfully met the standards to renew their National Board Certification in 2020. These teachers and counselors have demonstrated advanced teaching knowledge, skills, and practice and continue to be among the thousands of National Board-certified teachers who are a part of this country’s education system focusing on ensuring that every student has access to an accomplished teacher.
