On Wednesday, April 13, 2022, from noon–1 p.m. Central Daylight Time, the Spring 2022 International Seminar Series, ISU International Engagement, will feature Dr. Terry W. Noel and Janet Tulley presenting International Institutional Collaborations, highlighting their extensive experience with collaborations between Illinois State University and other organizations around the globe. Tulley serves as the assistant dean for enrollment and student services in the Wonsook Kim College of Fine Arts. Her interest in international collaborations stems from a desire to create additional avenues for creative research, to gain new perspectives, and to forge relationships.
Noel is the associate dean of academic programs and curriculum at Illinois State University. Noel’s business background includes farming, business ownership, sales management, and consulting. He earned his doctorate from the University of Colorado at Boulder. The International Seminar Series is presented by the Office of International Studies and Programs and features a theme each semester.
