Results of the 2022 Staff Success Survey are available on the Office of the President’s website.

The survey, which was conducted in April of 2022, sought staff members’ input in areas such as job satisfaction, work climate, professional development, and remote work.

“These results will help the University continue to be responsive to staff needs,” said University President Terri Goss Kinzy. “They offer a guide to our ongoing commitment to providing an attractive and competitive work environment.”

Results of the survey can be found here. The overall response rate of the survey was approximately 57 percent, with strong representation from all six areas on campus– the Division of Academic Affairs, Athletics, the Division of Finance and Planning, the Office of the President, the Division of Student Affairs, and University Advancement.

“The impressive number of responses to the survey speaks to the passion Illinois State staff members have about their job and this University,” said Director of Human Resources Janice Bonneville. “The survey results offer insight into staff career and work/life priorities.  We were pleased to have already made some adjustments, which proved consistent with the survey results, and will continue to use the results to make decisions going forward.”
