The Illinois State volleyball team will play four nonconference tournaments on consecutive weekends to start their 2017 season – including one hosted at Redbird Arena – before a full slate of Missouri Valley Conference matches that will culminate with the MVC Tournament, which will be hosted at Redbird Arena for the first time since 2006.
The Redbirds will host the Redbird Classic September 8-9 at Redbird Arena. The field will include 2016 NCAA Tournament participants Cincinnati and Dayton, as well as Seton Hall.
The Redbird Classic includes 3 sessions from Friday, September 8 – Saturday, September 9. By purchasing tickets for Dayton – Session 1, you will also be able to watch the 4 p.m. volleyball match between Seton Hall & Cincinnati. By purchasing tickets for Seton Hall – Session 2, you will also be able to watch the 10 a.m. volleyball match between Dayton & Cincinnati. Tickets to the Seton Hall – Session 2 match are only $1! Due to the promotion, orders cannot be placed online. By purchasing tickets for Cincinnati – Session 3, you will also be able to watch the 4 p.m. volleyball match between Seton Hall & Dayton.
