The Human Resources information system and online employee site iPeople has been in use since 2011. During that time, changes to iPeople have primarily been in the background, with few updates to look or feel.
iPeople’s homepage has changed from folders and links to clickable tiles. This will help facilitate the ultimate move of most functionality to My.IllinoisState.Edu and continue our efforts towards mobile-friendly pages.

Faculty, staff, and student employees will access the iPeople home page from the same places they normally do such as My.IllinoisState.edu, Human Resources homepage, or Illinois State homepage. We anticipate the most commonly used functions such as timesheets, pay advice, and leave balances will be front and center.
Those functions that may be less frequently used will fall under the navigator button (formerly called “menu”) at the top right and/or continue to exist in your favorites within that same button. Some tiles will host multiple resources including external links:
We encourage you to log in and take a look for yourself the week of July 2! Though we do not expect much disruption with this change, we want to be able to assist in the event of the unexpected.
