Hey, Redbirds! Campus Recreation is excited to announce that the new Redbird Adventure Center is in the final stages of preparation before it opens this coming Fall semester. The Adventure Center will be the new home of Campus Recreation’s Adventure program, and will not only feature the high ropes course, but it will also be the home of C-Rec Ops equipment rentals.
To make sure everything is ready for Campus Recreation Operations transition over to the new building at 1700 West Gregory St., equipment rentals will be closing on July 9. Once all the equipment has been moved and set up at the Adventure Center, rentals will reopen. Currently, late summer is the target reopen date, but be sure to check back for updates.
Campus Recreation appreciates your patience and can’t wait to for our students and the wider Bloomington-Normal community to experience what our Adventure Center has to offer.
