The Civil Service Council and the A/P Council collaborated for the 2018 Redbirds Rising homecoming parade. The morning began with distributing parade bags for kids along the route at 9:15 a.m. Then volunteers met at the parade line-up to walk and hand out candy in the parade. Civil Service Council Chair Bob Blythe drove a University truck while a dozen other employees, dressed in Reggie spirit wear, walked the parade route. Employees and their families handed out candy to the parade watchers.
