The 2019 Missouri Valley Conference Basketball Tournaments are happening next month, and Illinois State is planning events for fans to attend and get ready for the action.
Hoops in the Heartland Rally, Quad Cities
Take in more Redbird basketball the following weekend (March 14–17) as Illinois State’s women’s team heads to the Quad Cities for Hoops in the Heartland.
This Redbird Rally will feature a program that includes Illinois State University President Larry Dietz, Reggie Redbird, and performances by Illinois State’s band and cheerleaders.
When: 12:30 p.m., Friday, March 15
Where: Bad Boy’z Pizza Pub, 313 16th Street, Moline
Cost: Free to attend. Food and drink provided.
Arch Madness Rally, St. Louis
Redbird fans heading to St. Louis to watch our men’s basketball team play in Arch Madness March 7–10 can also stop by the Budweiser Brew House inside Ballpark Village (next to Busch Stadium) for the first Redbird Rally.
When: Three hours before the first Illinois State game
Where: Budweiser Brew House, 601 Clark Avenue #101, St. Louis
Cost: Free to attend with food and drink options available for purchase
Budweiser Brew House will also serve as the pregame and postgame headquarters for Redbird fans throughout Arch Madness. Located just north of Busch Stadium, Budweiser Brew House is the official gathering spot for Redbird fans at the Valley Tournament. Fans are encouraged to meet there and socialize before and after all Illinois State games.
