Illinois State University has awarded a doctoral degree in nursing to Amy Grugan of Washington, Illinois.
The daughter of Suzanne and Jeffery Zircher of Bartonville, Illinois, she is the wife of Garry Grugan of Washington, Illinois. She is currently working as an assistant professor of nursing at Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois. Grugan received an associate’s degree in nursing from Illinois Central College in East Peoria, Illinois, and a bachelor’s degree in nursing and a master’s degree in nursing administration, both from Bradley.
Grugan is a member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, and the Emergency Nursing Association.
