Walk-in vaccination clinics for Illinois State University students, faculty, and staff will be held from 1-3:45 p.m. Tuesday, August 31, and Wednesday and Thursday, September 1 and 2, in the Bone Student Center Circus Room.
Those attending will have the choice of the Johnson & Johnson or Pfizer vaccine. Jewel-Osco pharmacy staff will administer the vaccines. For those choosing the two-dose Pfizer vaccine, second doses will be administered at one of the three area Jewel-Osco pharmacies. Appointments for the second doses will be scheduled during the on-campus clinics.
Please wear clothing or layers that allow easy access to your upper arms for vaccination. There is no fee for the vaccine, but insurance information will be collected, if available. Please have your information or insurance card ready. International students will be able to show their Redbird ID or passport at the clinic to be vaccinated. Please remember to bring the COVID-19 vaccination card that you received at your first appointment to your second dose appointment.
