The Illinois State University community is invited to a retirement reception for Tom Cotton from 1-3 p.m. Friday, September 30, in the Founders Suite in the Bone Student Center. Cotton, a senior grounds worker, is retiring from Illinois State after 28 years of service in Facilities Services-Grounds.
