The Comptroller’s Office is offering FY23 Year-End/FY24 New Year Orientation.
The ending of a fiscal year has many challenges. To position Illinois State University for timely preparation of financial statements and external audits, we ask that those individuals responsible for requisition and voucher entry and requisition and voucher approval (budget officers) review the FY2023 Year-End and FY2024 New Year Orientation.
This orientation provides timetables for vouchering and purchasing processes, resources to assist in those endeavors, and contact information for questions.

When entering the orientation, please provide your name (first, last) and UID. By entering your Illinois State credentials, you will receive a certificate of completion. Our intention is to require successful completion of this orientation annually. Participation and completion of this orientation will be monitored by the Comptroller’s Office.
