The Nominating Committee of the Graduate Council is seeking nominations or self-nominations of full graduate faculty members for four of the Council’s committees (Admissions, Membership, Research, and Curriculum—the two seats that will be open for nominations for this committee are for the College of Fine Arts and the College of Applied Science and Technology). Those elected will serve a three-year term April 2016-April 2019.
Submit nominations to Kim Shennett, keshenne@ilstu.edu, by 4:30 p.m. on January 29. Before making a nomination, please confirm with the nominee that they are willing to stand for election. The Nominating Committee will create a slate based on the nominations, taking into account the varied departmental/school and college representation.
Note that one year must lapse between the expiration of an elected Graduate Council member’s term and a new nomination.
