An open forum for the Illinois State University Cross Endowed Chair for the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL) will be with candidate Jennifer Friberg at 2 p.m. Thursday, March 3, Stevenson Hall, room 401.
Friberg is an associate professor in the Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders at Illinois State University. She received a bachelor’s degree in communicative disorders from San Diego University, a master’s degree in speech-language pathology from Indiana University, and an Ed.D. in curriculum and instruction from Illinois State. She joined the faculty at Illinois State in 2005.
The Cross Endowed Chair provides the opportunity for scholarship on teaching and learning in the discipline of the Chair, and also serves as a resource, related to SoTL, to colleagues on and off the campus of Illinois State University.
