Fitness comes in all shapes or sizes, and Campus Recreation’s Fitness program offers dozens of group fitness classes for participants of all levels.
The Find Your Fit program encourages participants to attend various group fitness classes to build connections and find a fun workout, with the added incentive of earning an exclusive T-shirt. Student Fitness Center members can relax in yoga, work up a sweat in cycling, learn new dance moves in Zumba, or take advantage of any other class for a great workout.
Classes are assigned a specific point value varying from one to three points, and point totals are tracked on the Find Your Fit card which can be picked up during any fitness class starting March 14. After each class, have the card signed by the instructor. Once you reach a total of 18 points, turn in your completed card at the Bob and Julie Dobski Welcome Center in the Student Fitness Center. You will then receive an email to pick up your T-shirt.
“The goal of this program is to provide a great way for members to move themselves out of their comfort zone by sampling our extensive group fitness lineup and trying something they’ve never done before,” said Leah Sanders, graduate assistant of fitness. “Plus they have the incentive of a free shirt for earning all 18 points.”
Take advantage of this incentive program to try out a variety of fitness classes, work towards fitness goals, and have fun with friends. Prizes are limited to the first 50 complete cards received, so get started on March 14.
