In an increasing effort to expand Latin and South American study abroad opportunities for students, the Department of Languages, Literatures, and Cultures has established a new partnership with Pontificia Universidad de Católica de Valparaíso (PUCV) in Valparaiso, Chile.
The program will be geared toward students at an intermediate-Spanish proficiency, but the program will cover courses at intermediate through advanced-superior levels. All courses will be instructed entirely in Spanish for full immersion. Additionally, students will have the option to live with a host family for continued immersion outside of the classroom.
This program will be offered in fall, spring and summer semesters, with the first group going in Spring 2017.
