The National Board Resource Center (NBRC) is pleased to announce there is an opening for Illinois site director for the Next Generation of the Network to Transform Teaching (NT3) grant.
The NBRC team is excited about the opportunity provided by this grant, in particular because it allows the team to create innovations and accelerate improvement so that accomplished teaching can become the norm and more students learn from accomplished, board-certified teachers.
Since the news of the Supporting Effective Educator Development grant award, the National Board Resource Center has been hard at work developing a coherent and comprehensive planning approach to launch the Next Generation of the Network to Transform Teaching (NT3) in Illinois.
The position of the Illinois Site Director is for two years and is full-time. Applicants must have an up to date NB certificate and be available to work from the National Board Resource Center, which is located at Illinois State University in Normal.
The application will close at 4 p.m. Tuesday, July 19.
