David Cleeton, ECO, took part in the “Conversations on Europe” videoconference for the European Studies Center at the University of Pittsburgh. He was part of presentation titled “Free Trade or Protectionism? Isolationism amidst globalization.”
Clay Robinson, AGR, was the opening speaker for a conference on teaching soils in Sao Paulo, Brazil, because of his work in K-12 outreach as Dr. Dirt.

Gregory Ferrence, and Timothy Lash, CHE, published “Rhodium(I), Rhodium(III) and Iridium(III) Carbaporphyrins,” in Dalton Transactions. Ferrence also co-presented “Spreading the Word about Professionalism (Professional Ethics): Reconnecting with the Ethics Subdivision of the Division of Professional Relations (PROF),” at the 252nd ACS National Meeting in Philadelphia.

James Alstrum, LAN, contributed two chapters to A History of Colombian Literature published by the Cambridge University Press. The chapters are titled “Colombian poetry from the colonial period to Modernismo (1500-1920)” and “Modern Colombian poetry: from modernism to the twenty-first century.”
