President Al Bowman has authorized the reconvening of the Diversity Task Force, the group charged with accessing the campus climate of Illinois State University in 2008-2009.
The group will be reviewing the April 2009 final report and developing a status report on its recommendations and feedback. The group will also offer a forum for on-going dialogue on issues of diversity to assist organizations, departments and units with efforts to provide a welcoming environment and share information and emerging trends with the Office of the President.
