Lisa Hood and Pam Rosa will be providing several professional learning opportunities in September and October that use the findings from CSEP’s validation study of the Danielson Framework for Teaching in PreK-third grade classrooms. These learning opportunities have a two-fold purpose: 1) to grow leaders’ teacher evaluation and feedback skills and align the Danielson Framework components with principles of developmentally appropriate practice, and 2) inform PreK-third grade teachers about the Danielson Framework and how they can be collaborators in the teacher evaluation process. These professional learning opportunities will feature interactive learning with a new set of early childhood videos that are organized around the new 2016 Danielson Framework for Teaching clusters.
