As the fall semester closed in, RSO leaders stepped up in order to have continued organizational success.
For many new students, finding a group of friends can be one of the most overwhelming parts of arriving on campus. Jaden Echols realized this firsthand, and was one of the catalysts who sparked the formation of the Black Excellence registered student organization (RSO).
During the Association of Technology, Management, and Applied Engineering (ATMAE) Annual Conference in Kansas City, Missouri on November 7-9, 2018, Brandon Khoury ’17, M.S. ’18 and Manan Shah placed first in the student poster competition for their research poster, “The Future of Learning Using Virtual Reality to Teach Industrial Robotics.”
