School Psychology Professional Development Event October 7
The School Psychology Professional Development Event, sponsored by the Graduate Programs in School Psychology and the Department of Psychology, will be presented Dr. Charles Bell on Friday, October 7, 2022, from 1–2:30 p.m. in DeGarmo Hall Room 0206. Bell will present “What is Violence? Exploring the Consequences of Pervasive School Punishment and Failed Safety Measures.”
Discussion of cult films set for September 30
Drs. Eric Wesselmann and Scott Jordan of Illinois State’s Department of Psychology will be joined by special guest actor/writer/director Greg Sestero (The Room, The Disaster Artist) for a discussion of cult films on September 30, 2022.

Retirement reception for Interim Dean Dr. Diane Zosky, July 21
The College of Arts and Sciences will host a retirement reception for Interim Dean Dr. Diane Zosky from 3 to 5 p.m. on July 21 in the Aaron Leetch Stadium Club at the top of Hancock Stadium, with remarks at 3:45. All members of the University community are invited to attend.

Golf outing to benefit student assistance fund
The College of Arts and Sciences will hold its second annual golf outing to benefit the Wilson Family Assistance Fund on Friday, June 10, at Weibring Golf Club. All students, faculty, staff, alumni, and friends of the College are welcome to participate.
