Summer can sometimes prove to be a difficult season to continue working on our seven dimensions of wellness. To help you out, here is a list of ways to keep on track with your wellness during the summer months!
Illinois State University’s spring commencement ceremonies will be held Friday and Saturday, May 12 and 13.
With so much focus on how much people are sitting these days, make a weekly lunch date to walk with Health Promotion and Wellness on Wednesdays throughout the summer! Attendees will join Health Promotion and Wellness staff for a 30-minute walk on various routes through campus.
The end of a semester always causes lots of stress for students. Take a break with certified therapy dogs, free chair massages, coloring, and other stress-relieving activities from 2-6 p.m. Monday, May 8, and Tuesday, May 9, in Milner Library during the special Finals Week PAWSitively Stress Free.
