More than 60 prizes up for grabs with Civil Service Council scholarship raffle

Tickets are still on sale for the annual Civil Service Council Raffle and can be purchased from any Civil Service Council member. The prize drawing will be at noon on Tuesday, December 3.

The talk will begin at 4 p.m. to accommodate the speaker’s busy schedule.
